requests at a rate of $175./hour. |

| Security / 24 Hour Access |
Customer
has 24/7/365 physical access into the data center and
into their specific space. Facility is equipped with a man trap at the front
entrance. All visitors must have a government issued photo ID in order to
enter the facility. Customer will define a preapproved control access lists for
personnel requesting access to the customer's space. Facility is monitored
and recorded via 24-hour video surveillance. Security cameras are located at
the front door, in the man trap, down the main hallway and throughout each
datacenter area. our staff manning the facility 24/7 for physical security as
well as customer support functions (including remote hands and eyes,
monitoring, environmental controls, etc.). |
